Shipping & Returns

Delivery

UK delivery: 3 to 5 working days, £3.95, or free on orders over £75.

We currently deliver within the UK only.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, please get in touch and we'll look into it straight away.

Returns

You can return unworn, unwashed items with their tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. UK returns are free.

How to return:

1. Email support@theleisureluxe.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.

2. We'll send you a free returns label within 1 working day.

3. Pack your items securely, ideally in their original packaging, and drop the parcel off at your nearest drop-off point.

Refunds: once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Original delivery charges are refunded if you return your whole order.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Let us know when you start your return, and we'll send out the new item as soon as your return arrives, subject to availability.

Gift orders

Items bought as gifts can be returned for an exchange or a gift card. Just include the order number, which you'll find on the gift note.

Faulty or damaged items

If anything arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
